Good to know / First-timers

 Each class takes 90 minutes and is a series of 26 postures (including two breathing exercises). Classes are suitable for beginners as well as advanced practitioners - regardless of age, physical fitness or yoga experience.

All classes are open to first-timers, pre-registration via our studio software Mindbody required. First-timers should appear 20 minutes prior to class. Please arrange enough time (approx. two and a half hours) for class, relaxation, showering und changing.

Please bring

  • light workout attire (it’s HOT, so a pair of shorts and a sports top are sufficient)
  • two towels, one for practise, one for the shower
  • a yoga mat
  • a 1.5 litre bottle of non-carbonated water (no glass bottles, please)
  • bathing shoes or flipflops (shoes must be taken off at the entrance)

Before class

  • no heavy meals two to three hours before class, please. But do drink a lot of water!
  • if you are sick, injured or suffering from any kind of discomfort, please inform the teacher before class .
  • if necessary, consult a doctor beforehand.
  • participants under the age of 18 must bring a permission slip signed by a legal guardian.

During class

  • take as many breaks as you need.
  • if you feel dizzy or nauseous, sit down. If necessary, give the teacher a sign.
  • there is relaxation time after every class. Please remain on your mat for at least three minutes – your body needs the time to calm down and absorb the benefits.
